Follow up with shipping line in case of any claims.
Providing loading information pre and post to overseas consignee.
Providing shipping + freight information round the clock on telephone.
Material Handling
Loading + unloading of containers at port and container yard.
Checking of damage in the containers prior to loading by your surveyor or agents surveyor.
Providing suggestions on stuffing plan to achieve maximum stuffing as per maritime requirement.
De-stuffing + re-stuffing of containers in case of random checking required by customs.(additional payment incidental on merits to be charged on actual)
Documentation
Attending to all dock matters.
Attending to all custom matters.
Preparing & processing shipping bills & bill of entries as per custom & policy requirement.
Completing all custom / docks procedures as per requirement any other incidental activity.
Vetting of commercial contracts, bill of lading, I/C terms, incoterms, 2000 and other incidental documents.
